The company and many other units held a preparatory seminar for the preparation of the industry standard of "rapid high-temperature disinfection and reuse of medical protective clothing fabrics" and the industry standard of "mildew-proof and crack-resistant fabric for walls" in Yancheng, Jiangsu.

At the meeting, Guo Yushun, chairman of Jiangsu Huayue Textile New Material Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the company and the performance and development reports of the two products in detail to the representatives. Guo Yushun said that Jiangsu Huayue is a national high-tech enterprise, a technology enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and international trade. The company focuses on the development and production of abrasive belt base cloth, permanent anti-radiation and anti-static ultra-high-strength polyethylene, aramid bulletproof, basalt and medical protection and anti-biochemical clothing, and undertakes a number of projects planned by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Huayue has launched two new products to the representatives this time: "rapid high-temperature sterilization and reuse of protective clothing fabrics" and "mold-proof and anti-cracking fabrics for walls". All materials are made of flame-retardant and high-temperature resistant high-performance materials. From raw materials to wire drawing, weaving, and laminating, they are all developed and produced by ourselves. The high temperature resistance of fabrics, anti-static conductive wires, waterproof zippers, and rubber strips can reach more than 260 degrees. Among them, "protective clothing" products have been tested by Nanjing Customs Textile Industrial Products Testing Center for many times, and many indicators have exceeded the one-time fast protection standards, including breathability, moisture permeability, filtration, mixed hemodialysis, wear resistance, breaking strength, tearing strength , antistatic attenuation is several times higher than that of disposable protective equipment. The protective clothing made of this product only needs to be sterilized in a high temperature environment of 180 degrees for 40 minutes to complete the entire disinfection process, and can be reused 30 times. The advent of this product will save a lot of medical materials, reduce the medical waste of disposable protective clothing and the pollution to the environment.

Experts at the meeting discussed the development status of medical protective clothing technology at home and abroad and the current use standards. They agreed that reusable medical protective clothing has advanced technology and huge development potential, and it is necessary to formulate industry standards. For the standard of anti-mildew and anti-crack cloth for walls, we believe that it needs to be distinguished from the standard of wall cloth, and it is recommended to modify the name appropriately to make it more in line with industry standards.
